This site is an immersive journey through decades of his art making and cinema — from large-scale paintings and experimental installations to feature film direction, screenplay writing, and visual development for his Hollywood productions.
His early feature films were ‘In Competition’ at Cannes; Vigil, and The Navigator - a medieval odyssey, followed by Map of the Human Heart in official selection.
Returning to New Zealand to make Rain of The Children and River Queen.
